As the seasons change, so does your palate for craft beer. Since 2011 Airways Brewing has garnered national and international awards, pouring at some of the finest bars and restaurants in the Pacific Northwest.
To celebrate turning nine, Airways Brewing has just released three special brews:
- Climb Power is a collaboration brew with Seattle based Two Beers Brewing Co, and represents the outdoor adventure spirit of Two Beers and the magic of flight from Airways. Idaho pilsner malt, along with Washington Mosaic hops blend in a perfecting refreshing lager–just in time for Spring.
- Batch 2707 is the first beer of the new Codeshare Series, which means Airways will release a new beer once a quarter with brewery friends from around the region. Batch 2707 includes a newer hop variety—Sabro—adding coconut, tropical fruit and stone fruit aromas to the already huge pineapple presence from El Dorado. Canadian pilsner malt and two types of oats, along with coconut, vanilla and milk sugar, supersonically transport you to a tropical paradise.
- Space Church comes back for a limited re-release. In this brew, Airways highlights their super-expressive English Ale yeast combined with an out-of-this-world hop combo of Australian Galaxy, American Comet and Citra to create the ultimate juice-bomb. Aromas of passion fruit, grapefruit and pineapple will have you craving more.
Enjoy a pint (or three) up close at two Kent locations. Airways Tap Room & Brewery is a casual, relaxing spot for the 21-and-over crowd (and their dogs). Airways Bistro & Beer Garden is open to all ages and serves up a delicious, locally-sourced menu in the heart of downtown Kent.
If you can’t make it this spring, no worries. Airways features four beers on tap year-round—Pre-Flight Pilsner, Jumbo Juice IPA, New Shepard Pale Ale and Sky Hag IPA.
