Salmon Fest

Welcome the returning salmon back to Kent's historic Mary Olson Farm at Salmon Fest! This free, family-friendly event invites visitors to observe spawning salmon in the local stream and become hands-on salmon scientists through fun water-testing and habitat activities presented in partnership with the Environmental Science Center. Set along the scenic Green River Road, it's a wonderful fall afternoon to explore one of King County's best-preserved farm sites and learn about the crucial role salmon play in the Pacific Northwest ecosystem.
